The Queensland Art Gallery undertakes and fosters research into its Collection and shares this with the wider community, at both a popular and professional level, through exhibitions, publications, education and innovative public programs including those for youth, children and families.
The Gallery also encourages research through specific initiatives and programs including the Australian Centre of Asia-Pacific Art; the Children's Art Centre; and conservation projects.
