Support the Gallery and join the Foundation by downloading the donation and membership form and returning it to the Foundation with your payment or you can donate and join by completing and submitting the online membership and donation form.
Alternatively, your donation and membership can be processed over the telephone by calling the Foundation's Membership Officer.
